
Hsu Chuan Foods Company Limited or HCF has been founded on March 3, 1993 with its registered capital of 30 millions baht in 1997. The head office is in Chiang Mai and the Factory is in Wiengpapao, Chiang Rai.
Our mission and objective are to produce and to export gingers and salted gingers at the beginning. However, over the years, we had expanded the factory’ s areas to increase productivities. With more than 10 years experiences as well as the development in the quality of our staffs and up-to-date technology, we received GMP, HACCP, ISO9001:2008 and TLS 8001:2003 certificates which guarantees our international standards in quality and safety.
April, 2004 - GMP Certificate from Food and Drug Administration.
March,2005- HACCP Certificate from United Registrar of Systems Ltd. (URS). Scope of apply is preserved ginger.
November, 2005 - ISO9001:2000 Certificate from URS. Scope of apply is preserved ginger.
October, 2006 - ISO9001:2000 Certificate from URS. Scope of apply is preserved ginger and eggplant.
June, 2007 - TLS 8001:2003 Certificate from The Ministry of Labour, The Department of Labour Protection and Welfare.

Salted Ginger
Our 180 tanks can support the production of maximum 10,000 metrictons. With our experiences in the preservation field, you can be assured that we can produce any kind of pickles you order.
Goods and packages, orderly stored in ventilated warehouse, are ready for use or shipping.

Sliced-Pickled Ginger
Sliced-pickled ginger are produced with an up-to-date machine in a sterilized and temperature controlled room.
Nowadays, we invested in metal detector machine for your safety.
Asazuke Japanese Eggplant
Senryo and Sendai eggplant sprouts are planted in our nursery for distribute to farmers around Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai ,Payao and Lumpang.
In eggplant research farm , our staffs cultivate and reseach them to show as an example garden to farmers.
We sorted and checked eggplants quality before
process in a sterilized and temperature controlled room to keep the products meet our clients's standards.
